Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data
Within the processing conditions in Article 5/2 of the Law, your personal data may be processed for: (i) establishing and performing our commercial relationship and the contract between us, (ii) ensuring data integrity, (iii) enabling you to benefit from products suited to your company's needs, (iv) carrying out the promotion of TOYİ products and services, (v) receiving and answering your questions and complaints about our services and products, (vi) ensuring the security and effectiveness of our Company's operations, such as efficient use of resources, monitoring and measuring the quality of our services and ensuring your security, and (vii) protecting the rights, security, property and operations of TOYİ, its employees or third parties and exercising the right of defence where needed, or where there is an obligation to respond to requests or communications from official authorities.
Transfer of Your Personal Data to Third Parties and/or Abroad
In line with the purposes in the section "Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data" and within the transfer conditions in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, your personal data is shared with (i) third parties from whom our Company receives support in storage, archiving and hosting (server, hosting, software, cloud computing) for its information security processes, (ii) business partners we work with for carrying out and planning business activities, and (iii) legal authorities upon request.
Access to Your Personal Data and Your Rights Under the Law
Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK are as follows:
- To learn whether your personal data is processed,
- To request information if your personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
- To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your personal data is transferred,
- To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and that this be notified to the third parties to whom it was transferred,
- To request deletion or destruction of personal data where the reasons for processing no longer exist, even though it was processed in line with the KVKK and other relevant laws, and that this be notified to the third parties to whom it was transferred,
- To object to a result against you arising from analysis of the processed data solely by automated systems,
- To request compensation for damage suffered due to unlawful processing of personal data.
